Totsy – Private Sales eCommerce Deployment

This engagement was one of my early ‘big’ projects. The immense amount of back-end translation to reproduce a seamless experience on the front-end and design was a Q/A monster. All user interfaces and experiences had to be fully accounted for in the new set-up where countless hours of teamwork was the crux of its success.

Magento eCommerce framework was able handle & manage and the end result was well worth it… Totsy’s bottom line is doing better than ever and as their financials started rolling in, we were proud to have been part of the A/B rollout that showed our hard work in bottom-line numbers.

This engagement was a great mosh-pit of maniac braniacs and a true testament to both, Hara Partners & Totsy and I would like to extend my special thanks to Rich and the entire Totsy developer & Q/A team!
